緊扣國家安排 彰顯央企擔當

——《國家動力集團加速構建新型電力系統行當粉絲在一張洩露的照片中發現她手指上戴著結婚戒指動計劃（2024—2027 年）》正式印發

本年8月6日，國家發展改造委、國家動力局、國家數據局聯合印發《加速構建新型電力包養站長系統行動計劃（作者是不是邏輯繞過了？2024—2027 年）》。

記者梳理《行動計劃》清楚到，該文件聚焦國家動力集團未來三年發展標的目的，明確了7個方面25項具體任務。

原标题：河包養網南商丘：40.5万人稳定脱贫

春天的豫东大地，生机盎然。3月25日，河南省商丘市民权县孙六镇伏土山村的文化广场上人头攒动、熙熙攘攘。包養“百姓大舞台”上悬挂的“扶志扶智大讲堂”横幅格外醒目，三五成群的村民坐在小板凳上欣赏着融入扶贫政策、移风易俗内容的文艺会演，掌声频频响起。

地处豫东平原腹地的河南省商丘市，是农业大市、人口大市。近年来，商丘市以把脱贫攻坚作为头等大事和第一民生工程，坚持扶贫扶志两手抓、物质精神双脱贫，已完成40.5万人的稳定脱贫任务，491个贫困村出列，全市贫困发生率由2014年的10%降为2017年底的3.73%。去年圆满完成9.36万贫困人口稳定脱贫的年目标任务，105个贫困村出列。

文化扶贫“富脑袋”

“扶贫先扶志，扶贫必扶智”，真正的脱贫离不开精神力量和文化底蕴的支撑。近两年，商丘市充分发挥“文化扶贫”在落实精准扶贫、精准脱贫中的特殊作用，滋润民风，开启民智，不断激发贫困群众脱贫致富的内生动力。

2017年，商丘市在脱贫攻坚主战场努力构筑“精神高地”，在贫困村新建文化广场278个、综合性文化服务中心示范点70余个，广播电视“村村通”、农家书屋、文化信息资包養網源共享工程等一系列重大文化惠民项目顺利实施，842个贫困自然村宽带网络全覆盖。

“扶贫车间建在俺村里，不出家门就能干活儿挣钱，打工、顾家两不误，别提多好了！”43岁的该村贫困户任秀丽乐呵呵地说，“我手快，一个月能挣3000多块钱，离小康的日子包養越来越近了。”

任秀丽的脱贫之路，是近年来商丘市成功实施精准扶贫的一个缩影。商丘市在脱贫攻坚进程中，找准问题开“药方”，选准路径拔穷根，逐步探索出一条精准扶贫、精准脱贫的路子。

产业扶贫是脱贫的必由之路，商丘市以此为主线，全力推进，去年全市共发展市级以上农业产业化重点龙头企业252家、农民合作社8868家、家庭农场2330家、种粮大户1812家，建成扶贫车间1034个和村级光伏电站733个，为广大贫困户包養網建立了稳定的增收渠道。

在就业扶贫方面，2017年，全市贫困家庭劳动力参加培训2.5万人，实现转移就业3.26万人，开发贫困劳动力公益性岗位数1824个。健康扶贫则全面实施“预防、服包養網务、减支、保障”四位一体健康扶贫方略，为36.42万贫困人包養口包養建立健包養網康档案，对2.2万患大病、4.76万患慢性病的贫困人口进行了救治。

中国国际合唱节组委会曾收到一封特殊的来信：

“您好！今天是我来到大山里的第105天。对这里的孩子来说，艺术似乎是无比遥远的事情……我想提出申请，为孩子们争取一次合唱的机会，让艺术在孩子们心中生根发芽……愿大山里的孩子可以听到大山外的声音……”

这封信，来自贵州毕节市大包養網方县猫场镇狗吊岩村为民小学合唱团的支教老师樊懿楷。全信5943字，时隔多年，樊懿楷依旧记得真切。2019年，他申请加入华中农业大学“本禹志愿服务队”，成为为民小学六年级17名学生的班主任。

“希望通过合唱这样的美育形式，让孩子们获得更全面的教育。”除了日常教学，樊懿楷想给大山里的孩子带去更多可能。

支教一年期满，抱着孩子哭包養網红了眼，樊懿楷登车回程。队友郑晓雪接过接力棒，以青春之名，赴志愿之行。

“坚持与祖国同行、为人民奉献”，2013年12月5日，习近平总书记给华中农业大学“本禹志愿服务队”回信。殷殷嘱托，指引青春方向，成为十年行动坚守。

2005年，“本禹志愿服务队”成立。十几年的志愿接力中，乡村小学开设了科普小课堂，孩子心中萌发出探索科学的种子；乡村教师受邀到湖北武汉接受培训，提升技能；留守儿童第一次走出大山感受城市，开阔眼界。

志愿服务包養的点点微光，汇而成炬。据统计，累计有351个优秀志愿服务组织经过创建，被命名为湖北省级“本禹志愿服务队包養網”。

全面推进乡村振兴路上，青春之花绚丽绽放。2020年起，华中农业大学实施“乡村振兴荆楚行”，充分发挥涉农高校学科专业优势，开展楚才服务农业产业、科技成果在鄂转化等行动。组织学生面向湖北展包養網开乡村振兴大调查，对16个市州1646个农户、74个新型农业经营主体入户调研，提交多份巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接评估报告和建议，引导学生把论文写在祖国大地上。

“同学们，增加种植密度是大豆玉米带状复合种植增产的要点……”在四川农业大学崇包養網州现代农业研发基地，一堂生动的耕读教育实践课正热火朝天地进行。同学们拿起铁锹，戴起草帽，在一锹一铲中体验农事艰辛。“现在的学习是为今后投身乡村振兴打好基础”，草坪科学与工程专业学生董卓明说。

“通过‘昼耕夜读’引导学生走进农村，提升学农知农爱农情怀和实践能力，未来更好地投身于乡村包養振兴”。四川农业大学宣传部部长江英飒介绍，去年学校开设了耕读教育实践课，并配备一系列校本思政课程，将“三农”要素与红色基因贯穿于实践育人全过程。“大国‘三农’”“校史文化”等由校领导及一线专家学者授课的课程将爱国敬业、艰苦奋斗、团结拼搏、求实创新的“川农大精神”融入其中，深受学生欢迎。

“周开达院士去世后，他的夫人守望在校园里的院士雕塑前，仿佛在陪伴周院士守望着校园。”舞剧《守望》是人文学院学生钟治彬最喜欢的校园作品，作品温暖的细节打动人心。

作为艺术团成员，钟治彬与同伴们在团委老师的指导下，将川农人的故事写在歌里、编在舞里。学校聚焦江姐、王右木等革命先烈和周开达院士等优秀典型人物的感人故事，编排了《王右木》《扶贫日记》《守望》等20余个文艺作品。“参与作品编创的过程就是一次受教育的过程”，钟治彬说。

去年8月，钟治彬跟随“青马燎原”宣讲团到凉山彝族自治州雷波县大杉坪村，为当地的孩子带去一堂别开生面的专题音乐课。“红梅花儿开，朵朵放光彩”，革命精神浸润孩子们的心田，红色基因在大山深处传承延续。

在雷波县的日子，让法学院学生张芮槐至今难忘：“村民们的热情，孩子们求知的眼睛，让我感受到传播党的好声音的成就感和幸福感。”在进行全面调研后，“青马燎原”宣讲团的包養成员们还对改善当地居民生活条件、建设美丽乡村等方面提出包養網了有针对性的意见和建议。
